Hello, it's Andrew Ayers and I want to send you a quick video before our phone call to tell you how it will work.
-
I'm going to give you a call at the number that's in your confirmation email. If you prefer that we do a Zoom or a Google Meet, just reply to the email confirmation and let me know and I can send you a link for a video conference.
-
Our phone calls usually last about 15 to 20 minutes. Sometimes they're shorter, sometimes they go a little bit longer.
-
Please check the time for our call. My scheduling team is located in a variety of time zones and sometimes the confirmation you get is in their local timezone and not yours. If you check the time and it's not a time that you're available, there should be a rescheduling link in the confirmation email, feel free to click that and find a new time. And if none of the new times are available to you, just shoot me an email and I can try to find a time that works for both of us.
-
If there are documents you'd like me to review before our meeting, please email them to me. You can just reply to the confirmation email, but if you send them to me about five minutes before the phone call, I probably won't have a chance to look at them. But if you give me some more time before our call, I will try to look at the documents so we can spend some time discussing them on our call.
-
The agenda for our call is pretty simple:
-
We're going to first talk about how you were referred to my office.
-
Next, we'll talk about what your legal issue is.
-
Finally, we'll go through any questions you may have.
I'm looking forward to speaking to you on our upcoming call and if you have any questions, feel free to just reply to the confirmation email and let me know.
